Governor Hogan put out an RFI in July to find creative ideas to deal with the sediment that has become an environmental issue at the Conowingo Dam. BUSINESS Queen Anne's has been informed that DNR Director Bruce Michael will be briefing the Bay Cabinet on the submittals received. They includes ideas on dredging, creating buffers and even some outlining how to recycle the sediment. We hope that in the next few months we will be able to share those ideas with you!
